Peopool carry out and report the entire process, from resource production to recruitment processes in RPO projects, to our international customers, within the framework of SLAs and KPIs.

After hiring, Peopool supports the employees during their pre-boarding process and mediates with the customer company.

Tunç Erman has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry, having been involved in significant projects both domestically and internationally during this period.

With consultancy firms he established and managed in the HR sector, Tunç Erman has made significant contributions to some of Turkey’s largest employment projects.

He has provided support to numerous senior executives in their careers. Over the years, he has gained experience in the IT, Aviation, Finance, and Retail sectors, bringing in many new talents to the industry.

Additionally, he actively participates in the digitization of recruitment and artificial intelligence processes.
